What is Aeron Hockey?
What started as a whimsical "what if?" scenario has swiftly transformed into one of the most popular industry events in the marketplace. Interior Investments' Aeron Hockey Tournament encourages organizations responsible for constructing some of Chicago's most prestigious office and institutional spaces to foster an atmosphere of friendly competition and generosity. Aeron chairs, renowned for their ergonomic benefits, dart around Navy Pier's Grand Ballroom, carrying teams in a spirited competition for ultimate victory and year-long bragging rights.
Regardless of which team lifts the tournament trophy, the true champions are the athletes of Special Olympics Illinois. The funds generated from this event are specifically designated for the Special Olympics Illinois State Floor Hockey Tournament, held every November in Chicago. So far, Interior Investments’ Aeron Office Chair Hockey Tournament has raised over $700,000, thanks to the generosity of participating teams, spectators, and an extensive list of sponsors, including numerous furniture manufacturers, vendors, and subcontractors.
